| Q2. When I plug my external HDD into DVD player, it shows the card is empty, what can I do to follow up? |

Refer to the DVD player’s manual and make sure it supports 320GB or greater capacity hard drives.
2.It could be that the 2.5 HDD require extra power which the DVD player’s manual may or may not mention. If that is the case, please purchase a “USB to wall power plug”, attach the main Y-shaped USB connection to the DVD player and the additional USB connection to the “USB to wall power plug” for extra power.
