FAQ. - External Hard Drive

Q3. Why is it when external HDD is connected to Mac platforms, it can only read data from the drive?
ANS.

Using your Mac platform, connect external HDD and check if the drive is using the FAT32 file format. If not, it is recommended to format to the FAT32 file format if wish to use on a MAC platform.
In a Mac platform, if the hard drive is in NTFS file format ~ read only; FAT32 file format ~ read / write capable, but a single file must not exceed 4GB in capacity.
