Insufficient power often occurs when external hard drives are plugged into non-power supplied USB hubs or when a PC has excess USB  devices. Please use the USB cable (Y cable) according to the operating instructions:

1. Plug in the main USB connector (mark #A) to the PC                 
2. Plug in the secondary USB connector (mark #B) to the PC
3. Connect the mini USB cable (mark #C) into the external hard drive
