| Q9. What’s the warranty coverage? What’s RMA condition? |

A. The outlook is no damage but cell is not workable within 1 year from ship date. B. We can only provide exchange for RMA, no repair service within 1 year. Need to ship back TW for exchange. Sales can decide if you need to ship spare battery with orders, just inform PM in advance. |
