PC Magazine interviewed the Russian audience within the annual Service and Quality toll. The aim was to define the most competent IT brands according to the readers, SMB companies, evaluate product quality and technical service performance in 2010.

The overall number of participants reached 3800, there were 348 companies, and they didnt mean to interview computer-related companies, such as software developers, dealers, resellers, integrators etc. All brands with the final score over 3 got the Readers Choice Award for Service and Quality.
